At HPrinter.website, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy ensures a smooth experience.
Eligible Returns:
  • Defective products within the warranty period (see Warranty Information below)
  • Unopened products:
  • Compatible/Remanufactured: 90-day return window
  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): 30-day return window
  • Other items: 14-day return window
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened OEM ink, toner, or drum units
  • Ink refill kits (once opened)
  • Clearance, final sale, or open-boxed items

Return Procedure:
  • Contact us at [email protected] or +020 7866 1810, 9311355507 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and invoice copy with RA number.
  • Ship via trackable method (insurance recommended).
Return Shipping:
  • Defective items within warranty: Prepaid return label provided (restrictions apply).
  • Non-defective returns: Customer responsible for return shipping.
Refund Policy:
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned item(s).
  • Unopened, non-defective returns: 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Defective items: Full refund for product cost (shipping excluded).
  • Cartridges printing less than 50% of page yield: Partial refund as store credit (misuse/excessive wear excluded).
Important Notes:
  • Unauthorized product modifications void warranty.
  • We’re not liable for incidental/consequential damages, misuse, or neglect.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled/changed once processed.
  • Incorrectly purchased products require Return Authorization; customer covers return shipping.
  • Price discrepancies adjusted within 7 days for store credit.
  • Incorrect shipping information may incur additional charges.
  • Report missing/wrong items or shipping damage within 14 days.
